ESTATE PLANNING SERVICES OVERVIEW

While we strive to provide estate planning services on a flat fees basis, some matters that are complex or involve multiple beneficiaries may be charged additional fees to those shown below.

A “Basic Will.” includes;

A Basic Will  leaves your entire estate to one or more persons.  It does not include specific bequests (apart from general bequests of tangible personal property), provisions for minor children, or any trust provisions. In the event of incapacity, the financial and medical powers of attorney will permit the person(s) you name to manage your financial affairs and make medical decisions for you.
